A couple of style changes to the Dark Theme

A Statistics page has been added so you can easily see figures relating to bookings and deliveries for a specified date period

You can now view/download image files (PODs) as PDF documents from the 'Documents' button while viewing a single booking

The version number in the bottom left of the sidebar will now glow when there is an update that you haven't read

On the Dashboard, the table header will follow you down the page when you scroll and a 'scroll to top' button has been added which will display in the bottom right of the screen once you have scrolled down to a certain point
